    Default Moser bolt-in 9" housing

Just got my Moser 9" bolt-in hosing and looks good. I now see why it cost an extra $100 over a non-torque arm rear end. We will be adding some form of brace over the back as soon as we mock things up to see how much room we have with the pan hard bar in place.

Thankfully some Pontiac folks pulled up their anchors that were firmly planted in the past and started to explore new uncharted waters.

Tomorrow we get some new bolts to mount the BMR torque arm and we will but the the rear end in the car and it will roll again.

Put the rear end up into place today. Took some pics but are way too dark to see anything .
A word to others, the Moser bolt in housing is setup for the use of reusing your stock metric bolts. If you are upgrading your pan hard and lower control arms (in this case BMR) they will use 1/2" bolts so you will need to drill the holes out. Another note: the BMR parts we are using did not include the bolts so you will need to gather then up before the install.

Well after fitting the wheels in the car we decided to cut another two inches off the total width of the rear (now 58.5") to tuck the tires in a little more, luckily there was enough splines on the axles to do this Note this is to use a 10" wide rim with a 5" back space so we will end up with four inches less than the stock rear width and as I understand it the 82-92 rears are two inches shorter than the 93-02 rears.
