Default 4th Gen added...my new project

Well folks a few things have happened and I am changing direction. I Since I wadded up my 23t I am starting over again. This time I will be building a 1994 Formula. I am still hurting so my posting will remain somewhat limited but will try to show the slow process of this build. We will be reusing the e head 475 IA motor and glide.

Thankfully some Pontiac folks pulled up their anchors that were firmly planted in the past and started to explore new uncharted waters.

What do you mean, when you say you wadded up your 23t? Please, don't tell me that you wrecked it!

Yep, had a 1.0x 60ft and trashed it....in the wall. Motor/trans, electronics, one axle, 9' pig, rear brakes, one header and one rim and seat belts are all that is usable. The front wheel you see in the pic was ripped off the car. By was my bell rung

Man, That realy sucks! Can the chassis be repaired? I was looking forward to racing you, but with a 1.0 60', I wouldn't stand a chance. Anyway, I'm glad you're okay and going on!

Do you know why it happened? Man! I hate to see you loose that car. Sounds like it could have been a terror.
Are you planning on putting a chassis under the new car, and getting the weight down some?

We have narrowed it down to chases preloaded/unloaded and or the one tire had much better bit since it is pretty visible that one tire was hazed much more than the other. I sure would of liked to got some full passes on it

The new car will be a stock suspension car. I have all new BMR front suspension parts including K member, upper and lower adjustable a arms, also rear control arms, pan-hard ,bar and extrema torque arm and burning river manuel rack. plus have Wolfe roll cage, rear anti sway bar, and mini tub kit. The car weighted in at 3400lbs and with out getting too crazy we should get it down to around 3000lbs, maybe even lighter. This time I will keep it "streetable" so I can go to the local burger joint if I want
